What's in MIND ?

Well! Our mind doesn't rest. Thoughts keep our mind busy. So if you are getting distracted in your studies or anything which you want to do but doesn't able to do that and repeatedly its happening with you, then you must analyze your thoughts and understand your thoughts. 

HOW TO UNDERSTAND YOUR THOUGHTS?

ASK yourself ? What are they? Are they FEARS! than work upon that fear if its meaningful fear?

EXAMPLE :  Fear of losing JOB ? 

Find out why your mind is in fear of lossing job is it due to your weakness in work area like certain new skill?

METHOD : 

Write down the fear or thought 
than write analysis : 
and at last SOLUTION:  YOUR MIND WILL GIVE YOU THE SOLUTION YES ? you just have to work on it.

Example

They are staring videos job work may be they will hire new employees or may be they will remove me or hire new one with the knowledge of video? They already don't like my work? blah ! blah! 

Analysis 

- You are not changing yourself according to market.
- You are in comfortable zone.
- You are not satisfied with your work or not aware of you work quality.

Solution 

- you need to learn new technologies to survive in existing world so learn it its not A ROCKET SCIENCE after all.
- Let's burn the ship and swim YES! plan some time to add THE VIDEOS IN YOUR skill set 
if not deepest than at-least get deep knowledge of it to get complete confident. This will prepare you for new opportunity too. 
- Get your work analysed with someone one senior or some mentor or leader but not in office. Some outsider.
